Projet INNOCHEMBIO project - Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions - 2025-2030

Innovative Chemistry and Biotechnology for a Sustainable Future

INRAE GAFL is associated with the The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) COFUND programme INNOCHEMBIO, attributed by the European Commission to the TALTECH University (Estonia). INNOCHEMBIO funding will co-finance 15 PhD positions at TALTECH, for which the application process in the first call ended on the 31st of August 2025. We will be associated with the co-supervision of a project taking place in Dr Cecilia Sarmiento’s lab. It will aim at developing PVY-resistant Estonian tomato and potato cultivars using CRISPR/Cas gene editing, while preserving the key agronomic traits of the original varieties. During this program, the student will be hosted 6 month by INRAE GAFL.
