Researcher at INRAE, I am Deputy Director of the GAFL unit, where I work on interactions between melon, pathogens, and pests.

My research aims to better understand the genetic architecture of plant immunity by exploring the diversity of genes and alleles involved in these interactions. I develop quantitative genetics approaches to investigate genotype–phenotype relationships, particularly using targeted pangenomes focused on genomic regions involved in plant–pathogen–pest interactions.

The goal of this work is to enhance the impact of research for the agricultural sector by supporting the development of melon varieties that are more resistant and less dependent on pesticides.

I am also committed to making research data reusable for the scientific community by promoting the dissemination and long-term accessibility of datasets, notably through data papers, beyond the data strictly used in scientific publications.
