Functions - Research Theme
Technician in charge of the molecular biology experiments within the research team Diversity Adaptation Determinants Innovation (DADI), my missions are integrated in  three axes of research on the programs involving Prunus:
1) disease resistance;
2) quality of the fruits;
3) improvement of peach and apricot and their rootstocks.

Skills domains
Molecular biology
- Extraction of nucleic acids (DNA) and assays (Qubit 3.0 - Fluorimeter)
- Characterization of gene products of interest by genotyping : Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP), Simple Sequence Repeats (SSR)
- Primer design, sequence homology search (BLAST), multiple sequence alignment, SNP analysis (Kaspar®), molecular microsatellite analysis (Gene Mapper)

Biochemistry
- HPLC (UV detectors and fluorimetry) and spectrophotometry: polyphenols, vitamin C, procyanidins, carotenoids, total folates, antioxidant tests (FRAP, ORAC, DPPH), fibers
- Energy value analyzes
- Macroscopic analysis of finished products
