- Study of natural and induced allele of multigene family (eIF4E factors) to understand resistance mechanism of virus. 

- Natural allele characterization on Tomato.

- Implementation technical on Molecular Biology and on pathology for candidate resistance gene test.

- Implementation of biotechnology approaches to generate new resistance systems (TILLING, CRISPR/CAS9).

2007-2010: Engineer assistant at CNRS UPS 3044 « Baculovirus and therapy » St Christol Lez Ales. Cloning and development of human antibodies by Baculovirus system.
